Miguel Cotto, the guy who beat Mosley, had a much bigger PPV draw and was available (and coming off a victory over Joshua Clottey).

There's absolutely no denying that had Manny fought the Shane that came in to fight on May 1st (38+ yrs old, inactive 1.5 years), Pac would've sent him immediately into retirement....and quite possibly into a coma.
the money was there tho, mayweather proved tht and disproved ur whoe theory.

Yep, mosley was a draw. Cotto isn't that bad of a draw himself. But, you already know arum wanted to keep that **** in-house. He wants to keep that $$$$.

Arum is probably the greatest promoter of all time. He knows how to keep his money in house.

False. Manny wanted the fight but instead chose to fight the younger fighter (cotto) who beat Shane. Everybody else does not speak for Manny. If you can link me to any article/video where Manny says that..

both Floyd and Pac always say it in interviews...

Manny says "I let Bob Arum handle my fights...."

Floyd says "I let Ellerbe and Haymon handle my fights..."

But similarity is there. The media is shoving down LeBron and Manny down everyone's throats, while Kobe and Floyd gets the most heat even after they win. And no, LeBron might respect kobe, but Kobe doesn't like him at all. Kobe is very sneaky when he take shots at him. Kobe even took a shot at him when he won his first regular season MVP. I do agree that they respect each other, but they don't like each other.
