Not even close to the tension that's is apparent when interviewing Floyd. Floyd gets uncomfortable as hell when any interviewer mentions manny.

It was nice of Floyd to announce his fight with JMM on the eve of Pac vs Hatton. That was Mannys time right?

Kobe and Floyd do not belong in the same league. Kobe loves to take on challenges and makes no excuses, he takes Losses, and comes back harder. On 24/7 Floyd had no issues mocking Manny and talkin ****.. but when asked he gets uncomfortable.

I noticed that too since page 1.

The other thing they may have missed was, mosley did not fight for almost 2 years.

And was 38, looked like he was twitching during the fight.. Had an asthma attack walking to his corner after the 2nd round.

Disagree. Either way you look at, they both likes to take on challenges. We can't really compare them. Basketball is a team sport, whereas Boxing is an individual sport. All i know is that, they're both serious about winning. Floyd doesn't like Manny, but he respect him. Floyd respect all of his opponent's, he just doesn't show it pre-fight. When Kobe lost against the Celtics in 08, he didn't ran off the court, he stood there and gave KG his props. When LeBron lost against the Magic, he ran away without shaking Howard's hands. That was like Manny making excuses when he lost to Erik Morales.

So we can agree that Manny didn't defeated a fully healthy Cotto.

When Cotto fought Pac, Miguel was almost 1.5 years removed from the worst beating he's ever taken. He came back after that and beat Jennings via TKO, and Clottey via controversial SD.

When Floyd fought Mosley....Shane was 1.5 years removed from a boxing ring, period.
