Can't wait to see his next fight. How many more punches do you want him to throw?
Kid put a ton of pressure, threw a ton of punches most in combinations, and did a good job on defense (especially compared to his other fights).
I've seen most of his fights since 147 and his defense hasn't looked better, but most of the time he's thrown a ton and put on a ton of pressure.
If he did this with only a 5 week camp and only 5 weeks with Roach and Ariza, he's poised to look even better in his next fight.Comment

OK, what can you say now haters. Chavez fought another bum?

It just goes to show you didn't know much about Duddy. Or you chose to ignore it.No man, this is the best I seen Chavez look. If anyone would have told me Chavez was gonna dominate Duddy, I'd call them crazy. Chavez actually faught like his heart was in the sport. I always said that Chavez has what it takes, but lacks the motivation; even Arum pointed this out. Thing is, we all know Chavez is gonna continue to imrpove from here. So I can't wait to see who he faces next.
He's just in better shape, otherwise he looked like always just that people think Duddy's better than his usual fare of journeymen.
Having said that, I do think he murks Cotto at 54'. Cotto is ripe for the picking against someone like Chavez.Comment
