Comments Thread For: Tyson Fury: Any Heavyweight Out There, I Can Beat Them

English heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (11-0, 9KOs) is flying high after erasing the doubt over his controversial decision win over John McDermott in September 2009. On Friday night, Fury overcame some tough moments to knock McDermott out in the ninth round of their rematch. Fury was so focused on erasing the stain of the first fight that he vowed to retire from boxing if McDermott was able to win the rematch. [Click Here To Read More]

Fury needs to take every fight seriously now. If he can get into shape his size, reach and surprising hand speed will be a problem for a lot of fighters.

I think he needs a better trainer & should consider coming to the states for quality sparring during his training camps. It's probably tough to be away from his young child & wife.maybe hold half of training camp in states & half in England.I just think he can't get any decent partners in the British isles...400+ heavyweights out of 1100 live in states

If his manager has any brains he would get Fury more seasoning and keep him busy. Fury's only got 11 fights, he has a long way to go before stepping up in class.

He's Chisora's mandatory and i dont think he's got a chance tbh, and i hate Chisora.

Also Olubamiwo looks half decent too, and with Price and Dallas coming through there's quite a few HWs to beat in Britain, in 2 years the HW scene here will be top quality assuming these guys all fight each other.

Fury needs to work on his stamina and his jab big time, his jab was good when he used it, but when he gets tired he forgets all about it (which is after about 4 or 5 rounds)

He did well to turn the fight around last night but he looked clumsy and out of shape. He needs a proper trainer not his uncle. He needs to use his jab as a weapon like Wlad does and needs proper sparring. He showed nice skills and a good chin and he hurt McDermott a few times. He should fight Rogan next that would be a good fight for him. Also he needs to leave Mick Hennessy, he's a crap promoter. He had a world champ in Carl Froch and couldn't get him on TV, Frank Warren is a c*nt but he'd have Froch on TV.
