Ricky Hatton for mine. Went way beyond what is ordinarily possible for a fighter of his talent. He wasn't a pretty boy either.

Mayweather, Hopkins... boring fighters but marketed themselves to be more exciting then they were. Hopkins is a bit better marketed, he made a career of beating weltwerweights. For that matter, RJJ is a pretty well marketed fighter. THink about it. He's gotten knocked out like 5 times but still gets Jordan equipment in the mail. It's like he's working for Dharma or something
