I don't consider Vitali to be THE champ just because Ring magazine declared him to be their champ (in part because I believe they violated their own policy in setting him up for that title).

    So,

    Champ: Vacant

    1. Vitali
    2. Byrd
    3. Brewster
    4. Rahman
    5. Toney
    6. Ruiz
    7. Brock
    8. Barrett
    9. Wlad
    10. Peter

The RING's policy is that when a title is vacant, the #1 contender must face either the #2 or #3 ranked fighter to earn the championship.....Vitali was #1, Byrd #2 ,and Sanders #3, and when Vitali beat Corrie he claimed the title....how was that incorrect? Honestly I thought Corrie was ranked a bit too high following his W vs. Wladimir, but that's the only possible glitch in the system
