That's what my poll was about before. I don't believe Haye is scared to be beaten or knocked out.


But this would be an awful matchup, integrity-wise. Hard to defend even on the grounds that it could make some dough.

Haye was never "Undisputed" Cruiserweight champ you dumbass. Of course only a UK fight fan who knows absolutely nothing about the sport outside of his country would make such a ****** claim.

Yeah, what Haye should of done is NOT FIGHT THE CHAMPIONS, and not won any belts, that would of been the way to go, he also shouldnt have fought Valuev, and instead fought adamek, tua, chambers, areolla, chagaev all in a row, and then the klits.

Why not do it that way? After all Holyfield did it the right way. And Haye is the one that claimed he was going to clean out the HW division of all the what did he call them? The big fat bums. Well at least he has gotten part of it right because he sure has fought a collection of HW bums. And as I said earlier I would not have issue with the course of Haye's career or the opponents he has chosen to fight if not for the fact that he made claims he has not backed up. And he even had the chance to start with the two best fighters in the division and make a lot of money while doing it. And to top it off he did not even deserve the shots he was getting and he still turned his back on a chance of a life time. So, how anyone can take anything that Haye says seriously is beyond me. I guess in the end it is as simple as the old saying goes. Because Haye may have simply realized that his mouth was writing checks that his ass can't cash.

Does anyone actually believe that Haye will do an about face and fight an opponent who is ranked in the Top 25 in the World?

I don't even know how he is allowed to face Harrison without getting stripped.

I thought that even in the case of an optional defense the opponent still had to be rated in the Top-15 of the WBA's rankings, which Harrison is not.

Not only is Haye probably gonna make 25% of what he would fighting Klitschko but he is probably gonna spend 10's of thousands of dollars paying off the WBA to rank Harrison.
