      4. Mayweather agrees to all changes but refuses a cutoff.

      5. Following the outing of the Hatton 24/7 video, Pacquiao offers a 24 cut off. Mayweather counters with 14. Pac disagrees.

      6. Mayweather says if they negotiate again, Pac will have to take full testing.

      7. Mayweather-Mosley does higher than any of Pac's PPV

      8. Pac wants the one-time compromise already off the table.
#2 & 3 are bull****s as far as i'm concerned. how would you know of these if you're not an insider? you rely on everything you read from the media?
      #4-floyd did agree to a cut-off...remember 14 days?
#5-i don't know what are you talking about...you mean they're already negotiating even before pac fought hatton?
#6- that's exactly what i said in my previous post
      #7-gtfo i don't care about ppv numbers
      #8-read my comment for #2&3

If this fight gets made, I'd get rid of Arum if i were Pacquiao.

Unfortunately, ESPN, MaxBoxing, Freddie Roach, Richard Shafer and a slew of others have confirmed #2 and #3. But you're right, they can be BS if it doesn't help your argument.
                #4-floyd did agree to a cut-off...remember 14 days?
                You should read #5...
#5-i don't know what are you talking about...you mean they're already negotiating even before pac fought hatton?
No. What I mean is that Team Pacquiao wanted a 30 day cutoff because anything closer would weaken him too much (LOL). When the videotape from the Hatton-Pac 24/7 resurfaced, they moved to 24.
#6- that's exactly what i said in my previous post
                Good.

You don't - fighters and promoters do.

Then sue espn/teddy atlas and ny daily news/tim smith for reporting over the air that emails were sent asking what would be the penalty if Manny tested positive. Why didn't Manny sue them?

IMO, Bob had manny sue so he could use "we will pull the lawsuit" during negotiations.
