How about this - and tell me if I'm lying:

    1. Floyd and Pac agree to negotiate

    2. Floyd introduces OST at the outset - Pacquiao agrees.

    3. Three weeks later - Pacquiao requests changes to protocol.

    4. Mayweather agrees to all changes but refuses a cutoff.

    5. Following the outing of the Hatton 24/7 video, Pacquiao offers a 24 cut off. Mayweather counters with 14. Pac disagrees.

    6. Mayweather says if they negotiate again, Pac will have to take full testing.

    7. Mayweather-Mosley does higher than any of Pac's PPV

    8. Pac wants the one-time compromise already off the table.

there was never an offer...it was a demand. those are 2 very different words. you can offer something but you should be ready to be rejected and not get your feelings hurt.

Shane was an admitted PED user.

Suing is what you do when your feelings are hurt over words.

And? The difference is that, he actually wanted to fight Floyd. Can't say the same about Manny "14 days is too close to the fight to give blood" Pacquaio.

                    • Testing hmmm...

, “Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer, whose company is representing Mayweather, has consistently spoken out of both sides of his mouth. He’s sounded righteously indignant when discussing Pacquiao’s refusal to agree to the testing, but he flat refused to consider additional testing in 2008 when Zab Judah demanded it prior to his planned fight with (Shane) Mosley.” Mosley had admitted taking steroids prior to his fight with Oscar De La Hoya but claimed it was inadvertent.

                      I'm out fellas have fun.
