I don't know why anyone even gives this kid the time of day. His posts in this thread are so full of nonsense and irrational reasoning that it would be difficult to know where to begin.Comment

How is the testing BS?
It's commonplace in sports that don't place money over equity (Olympic sports, International cycling, World Cup soccer, etc.)
Consider that boxing is notorious for its lack of regulation; boxing fans wouldn't know positive change if it smacked in the face. Case in point; your (any that of many other Pacquiao fans') reaction to demands for random PED testing in the most high profile fight in the history of the sport.
Do you not think that it'd be a AWESOME chance for the sport to put it's best foot forward on the biggest stage possible? It seems to me that you're letting your support of Pacquiao blind you from the bigger picture. Sports fans don't generally respect boxing. But sports like Major League Baseball and (to a lesser extent) NFL Football have been down this road before. Avoiding PED testing leads to bad bad bad things.
If Pacquiao agrees to the testing we have a fight, but we also have proof that boxing can self regulate. But, of course, money talks and soooooooooooo many people will jump to defend Pacquiao for balking (since he makes so much money).Comment

Look...the testing is commonplace in other sports.
Filipinos may think random testing is nonsense and irrational, but just be honest with yourself for a second.
Lance Armstrong took over 50 blood tests during the 2009 Tour de France. He's taken over 500 completely random blood tests in his entire career. You Pacquiao fans can call me nonsensical and/or irrational all you want (to protect your boy's ever so precious reputation). I'm not lying.
You Pacquiao fans are way too over protective of your boy. It's not like I'm lying. Yet you still feel the need to call me irrational and nonsensical for suggesting that Pacquiao should be willing to subject himself to the same testing that Mayweather, all Olympic athletes, all competitive cyclists, and thousands of other athletes subject themselves to.Comment

Not only filipinos and pacquiao fans believe this. Have a good one man.. off to bed.Look...the testing is commonplace in other sports.

Like I said, it's commonplace in other sports. Pacquiao fans support him and a significant chunk of the money in boxing. I guess they have reason to not want to know certain things. Just consider this; boxing will exist after Pacquiao retires and wouldn't it be nice if Pacquiao (and all of his fans, Filipino or otherwise) supported a positive change in the regulation of boxing?
Anyway, Goodnight dude. Nothing personal (and I apologize if you took offense to my last post; that certainly wasn't the intent) I just don't understand why you and many Pacquiao fans are so adamantly against random blood testing.Comment

For all participants in those respective sports,
not just the ones that insecure athletes point out.
That is the difference. Nobody here has any problem with testing across the board. The problem begins when you want it for a particular fighter only. The problem continues when tons of other fights happen every week, and not a single word from your or other advocates of OSTs when those fights don't have the testing. How can you all claim its for the betterment of the sport as a whole,
when everyone isn't participating in the program?Comment

Are you saying that Mayweather should make it a requirement for ALL fights?
Dude, are you aware of the fact that there is no federal commission? It'd be one thing if there actually was one; but there isn't one for Mayweather to even become Commissioner of. AND even if there was one; do you think Mayweather would be able to become Commissioner of the federal commission?
Come on now; NO ONE wants to know who is cheating. It's a question that everyone (commissions, media members, tv networks, sanctioning bodies, most fighters, many fans, etc) want to just brush under the rug. Be honest with yourself. Mayweather can't do more than just demand it for his own fights. Even still many people...LIKE YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU will ridicule him for merely doing that. How do you think people would react if he tried to impose that expensive testing on fights that he isn't even a participant in????????????????
Think dude. You have a brain. Use it for something other than dissing indiscriminately.
Isn't the entire purpose of this testing, "to clean up the sport"?
Of course all should be tested. Does baseball or the NFL or the NBA only test a few select athletes?
Or are they all subjected to the same standards?
Think moron.Comment

Floyd refused OSTs and better testing for 40 fights.
Was he acting guilty too?
Sorry, but when the testing is presented as an accusation without merit,
I'd tell Floyd to **** off too.Comment
