I think a better question would be, if Pac vs PBF falls through yet again whose PBF going to fight next? Pacquiao would be lined up for either Cotto or Margs, but who would PBF fight that would be of any significance (especially PPV #'s wise)? He isn't fighting either Margs or Cotto because of Top Rank, and there's no way he's fighting Paul. The only real logical opponent I can think of is Sergio, and I don't think that fight would outsell Pac vs Cotto/Margs.
