I think he was just to young and moved along to quickly and had his confidence shattered. When he realized he wasn't the best he just gave up. Only my opinion. I agree though, lots of talent. He could have made some waves with better management.

Bojado, though a decent prospect, never had the fighters mentality it seemed. Perhaps because his young age he could have been moved slower and allowed to mature more, but when he lost he practically retired each time rather than going right back to the gym and making improvements.
