Definitely, It raised a question on Pac, "Well why doesnt he want to take those OST demands" it looks suspect..

But you gotta see it both ways, It aint Floyds job to change the drug testing system, it really aint.... So Pac I can hear out Pac's side..

Now we have the situation in which Pac says he'll do them but obvioulsy from what I hear that offer is gone.

Pac saying he'll do the test now simply states he's trying to prove himself from those allegations.

I don't get it...because it "aint Floyd's job to change the drug testing" Pacquiao can lie and contradict himself? Sorry, bud. That doesn't fly. The two don't follow.

Pac's sudden ability to no longer be weakened within a month is another contradiction which creates more questions. Contradictions, like you said.

When the one accusing, Mayweather Sr, is of zero credibility and then his son ask for an OST then later on GBP ride with it and the media as well. Right from the start you'll really question the intention of the "OST". It was a good strategy though cornering Pac's camp with those things.

Plus experts have now always reiterated that year round testing is the only way to catch a cheater. Correct me if I'm wrong but Olympians are tested year round and the test ends just weeks away from their respective event. If this is the case I think Pac will agree.

Anyone can be a suspect of cheating and Pac is not an exemption but the OST demand of Floyd is not even effective of catching a cheater. 3 or even 4 months at the most of random blood test when even in a real OST only few were caught.

Floyd's "OST" was just a facade to get an edge in the negotiations.

Now that Pac agrees to the test Floyd created another roadblock and wants 60/40.

floyd had let it be known when it fell through the first time, he was going to want testing up to the fight date, if they were going to try again. he also said if his numbers vs mosley were higher than pac vs clottey, he was going to want 60/40. why are you guys acting like this is something brand new?

floyd met all pacs demands, the ring size, glove size and the crazy, never heard of 10MILL per pound over the weight limit. pac and his team were really hoping with the 10 mill per pound request mayweather would've said "hell no" to the fight. when he agreed and asked for simple random blood testing that both fighters will take, thats when things when bad. pac could'nt meet his only demand
