Probable Cause = the Oxford Companion to American Law defines probable cause as "information sufficient to warrant a prudent person's belief that the wanted individual had committed a crime (for an arrest warrant) or that evidence of a crime or contraband would be found in a search (for a search warrant)"
Where is the information that warrants a search? There is none.

its not impossible that pac is cheating but it is highly unlikely. Americans cheat its your culture not the philippines. When has an asian athlete in the olympics ever been cought for drugs. Its not in our culture, maybe yours.Comment

probable cause = A reasonable belief that a person has committed a crime. The test the court of appeals employs to determine whether probable cause existed for purposes of arrest is whether facts and circumstances within the officer's knowledge are sufficient to warrant a prudent person to believe a suspect has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime.
