It's comparing pac and may if they fought the same fighter recently as in if they fought Clottey in 2010 who would do better? that's the point of this thread.

The bigger draw will do better numbers. This is the best way to compare who really is the cash cow @ present coz there fighting an identical fighter.

If you read my title correctly, on top of the thread it says; If Clottey fought Floyd instead of Pac what will be the PPV numbers?

It means clottey fought Floyd instead of pac. Which means the fight between pac and clottey never happened yet.
