A good chin is to fall back on, not to rely on..

I don't know what's the deal with alot of fans who like seeing when a fighter takes a whole bunch of punishment and at the same time in the latter days of their career moan and ***** about them needing to retire because they may have serious brain damage. Personally I like watching boxing, I mean seeing a war is good if you're in the mood for seeing it, but I would much rather see a boxing match simply because I don't only watch it as a fan, but also as a student of the sport.

Anyone from the site knows that I like watching a good defensive fighter, who can inflict maximum punishment to his opponent and at the same time keep the punishment he takes to a minimum..A big problem in the game right now is that many fighters with good to great chins rely on their chin rather than fall back on it. I don't know why alot of fans think just because one fighter doesn't take alot of punishment doesn't mean it can't be a competitive fight...look at Jirov vs. Toney. With that said, what's so great about watching two fighters beat the brains off of each other?

So yo would rather watch Ayala vs. Adams 1 which was a very good boxing match over Diego Corrales and JL Castillo?

Adams Ayala 1 was a good boxing match. Only because Pauly made it that way. Other than that, it would have been limited to a brutal slugfest, which it was for a while.

I bet if you throw two of may favorite boxers fighting one channel and two of my favorite brawlers fighting on another channel, I'd watch the channel where the two boxers are fighting.

Yeah or something like James Toney vs. Hopkins..

That would be some good ****, if they were anywhere near each other's size.

                or DLH vs. PBF.

I get what your saying jack but id rather watch a catillo corrales than a hopkins winky fight. Ive always liked fighters that come foward and look to wear you down(Castillo) or knock you out(Lacy). I have never liked fghter like Whitaker, Camacho and guys who are way to defensive.
Boxers like Ricardo Lopez are watchable cause they have ko power but decide to box and pick there spots and eventually get the ko.
When I fighter goes in the intention of winning on the cards gets a little dull. I ll watch it but prefer the action packed fights.

brutal slugfest...I think that is a stretch, but it was a very very good fight too watch but...

Castillo/Corrales or Adams/Ayala...hmmm that is not a tough one.
