Or the Mayweather who fought Gatti, thats the true art I respect, but simply running for 12 rounds to not get hit is incredibly boring and something I could do.

And the funny pasrt is, some fans claim this running job made them a fan. They even deny that Dirrell did some acting there to get king Arthur dq'd

I could care less what race someone is, or the country they fight for. But like Dirrell did against King Arthur... even if it had gone to the cards I would have hated to see Arthur lose like that. Trinidad/DLH is a perfect example, I'm PR/Cuban a huge Tito and DLH fan, but you can't sit here and tell me DLH deserved to win that fight. He didn't deserve to lose it as he was up on the cards, and I had him winning at the time, but when I saw him RUN for last 4 rounds... He shouldn't have lost but I don't think he deserved a victory either. AA deserved the suspension, but I will always respect him more than I will Dirrell, and its not just the running either. Turning your head as your opponent punches then you complain to the ref about it... Come on man.

I won't say it's been a failure but it has not produced the exciting fights a hoped for...dirrell/froch was terrible.Andre ran allnight & the end of the Abraham fight was lame.none of the fights have been very good...I use to be skeptical of bute after first andrade fight but he sure made me a believer after his last few fights.he's the best & will have a chance to pickup 2 more titles when he fights the supersix winner.

We can never understand how an Oscar winner who did more running than boxing inside the ring, would still have his loyal fans.

We are really saddened by the fact that a headbutting bum, who in a single fight had already clinched more than PAC has during his entire career so far, is now leading the tournament..........
co-sign and you can add Jermaine Taylor to the list

Froch, Abraham and Kessler have made it worth watching. Why? because they're fighters not runners.

It's no wonder boxing is losing out to UFC in the US if this is the kind of boxer they push, the general public don't want to watch a snoozefest. That's why foreign fighters like Pac/Cotto generate all the interest.

The word "entertainment" is subjective. I enjoy examples of technical skill that others would claim "boring".

Americans SHOULD fight toe to toe, but instead they run and "box" like cowards...

                    FACT.

how is jermain taylor a runner? jermain taylor is a warrior with a kill or die mentallity who never ducked anyone and always comes to fight. taylor is as much a fighter as anyone in the tournament.

ward isnt a runner at all eighter, dirrell runs sometimes but when hes at his best hes the most entertaining fighter in the super six by far.

                      exactly.

boxing is the art of hitting without getting hit, if u just want random violence and cant appreciate skills which is what boxing is all about maybe u should go to the ufc instead. fans like u are bad for boxing anyways.
