pac excepted the 50/50 because floyds ppv with common opponets sold more so he used the cotto ppv to get 50/50 because remember at 1st floyd did want a bigger % than manny

Floyd's last fight was in 2007. There was no proof that he could carry the same numbers in 2009. Or if his numbers can be bigger than Pac's considering that it was Pac who had momentum after a series of high profile fights. Its the same reason why people agreed he had leverage in the first negotiations. The fact that Pac-Cotto generated more PPV's than Floyd-JMM solidified that Pac was the bigger draw at that time.

Pac had the leverage in the first negotiations thats why Floyd agreed to a 50/50 split..And its just that Pac wanted the fight to happen thats why he didnt push for a bigger share. Both Pac and Floyd have huge egos, its just that between the two, Floyd is more of an egomaniac than Pac.
