It is plain and simple. Any person in the right state of mind can see all the road blocks being thrown in by Floyd Mayweather Jr. are just mere excuses to prevent him fighting Manny Pacquiao. The Nevada state sports commission not too long ago completely embarrassed Floyd Mayweather Jr. when they openly came out saying that blood testing is not needed in boxing and blood testing too close to the fight is very dangerous to the fighters. Ducking good opponents has been a practiced with the Mayweathers...that is the reason why he retired last time, just to avoid good opponents like Miguel Cotto, Antonio Margarito and Joshua Clotey. When he came back he fought a very old smaller boxer...aside from that he also came in overweight and just paid the penalty. Then not too long ago he fought Shane Mosley...a 38 year old boxer. That shows how dirty tricks are being played by Floyd. Floyd's motto..."Inches and timing" meaning he should be inches bigger than his opponent and his opponent should be in his way out or too old to be a fighter. Manny Pacquiao is a fighter that deals with the sport of boxing and all of its fans straight forward. He will fight anybody in his division who calls him out, anybody that stands in his way. That is how he is. He fought big names in their prime, fought them without hesitation. No ducking what so ever. That is the main reason why he got the title fighter of the year several times. That is the main reason why he was voted "Fighter of the Decade" by majority of the sports writers in the nation...chosen with a big margin way above Floyd Mayweather Jr.
