Well, Pacquiao seems to be the one refusing every offer. So I don't know if he is in the right place to be saying someone is afraid to fight.

1. Pac has taken hard solid Welterweight Punches
2. Floyd IS NOT a one punch KO artist
3. Floyd pot shots and moves outta the way
4. Floyds power could not even stop Shane or little lightweight Marquez.

Please tell me what leads you to believe Floyd is KOing Pacman cause with the facts that I have listed above, I give Floyd a 1% chance of KOing Pac.

What is fair to make the fight possible is.. 50-50 purse sharing and NSAC rules if they will be fighting in Nevada are all what it takes! Now, who is refusing the offer? Anyway, Pac gives in to MAyweather erstwhile demand of 14-days blood test cut-off that shouldn't be, not because he is under su****ion but because completely not under NSAC rules! If MAyweather wanted to change the rules, then he should go find a state or location to where a boxing commission rules are equally of that Floyd's demand!

You said that Manny slows down and gets sloppy .... to me that means, he gets tired and slows down his work rate as the fight progresses.

In Manny's last fight, he threw over 1200 punches (most ever by Manny) and his biggest output rate came in the 10th and 11th round of the fight. So to me, Manny is consistent and doesn't slow down, as you put it.

I'm sure that with Floyd, Manny will not be throwing that many punches but it would be more due to Floyd.... you make it sound as it's Manny's nature to slow down and get sloppy. I have not been seeing that in his recent fights.
