That, among other things you wrote, is incorrect. Go read some of the boring news of last fall/winter. The OST demand was there all the time. After everything else was smoothed out, team Pacquiao started bitching about it.

excellent post. I still can't understand how they claim it's so easy to beat pac but have all these excuses not to fight him even tho pac has already agreed to take those tests.
