Who is the best non-technician of all time?

People like Robinson, Armstrong and Ali were all excellent technical fighters, who worked behind their jab to get things done.

I think Duran is the obvious answer, but... people like Chavez were pretty impressive without using a boxer/puncher style.

    Give me your analysis.

I always looked at Armstrong as a relentless pit bull type of fighter.

Duran was a boxer puncher and had some boxing skills.

My vote would have to be Mike Tyson.

Lol, I don't know what I'm talking about in historic boxing... I just figured a pit bull pressure fighter couldn't hold three titles in three weight classes at once... usually you have to be a slickster to get that done.

        Was Duran a boxer puncher?

God, I feel so inadequate... my boxing knowledge goes away with anything before 1990.

I have heard that... that's pretty badass. Anyone who is strong enough to walk through someone who knock middleweights out is pretty badass.

Mike was never technical. He was an animal.
