I've not seen that fight for a while, but IIRC Dirrell fought harder in the championship rounds than he did for the first 9 rounds of the fight. He fought well at the end.

Alright gentleman, since nobody seems to be too well informed about the tiebreaker system, the Hitman is here to spread some knowledge.

If there is no head to head tiebreaker because 2 men did not fight they then go to the scorecards from all 3 fights and add up the cumulative total of all rounds won from all 3 cards.

Whichever fighter has won more total rounds over the course of 3 fights will either A) Advance to the next round in lieu of another fighter with the same point total or B) Earn a higher seed than another fighter with the same point total... which is important because the higher seeded fighters should have the advantage in location and venue.

      So for instance.

Say that Arthur Abraham win a decision over Froch and Ward draws with Dirrell... both men would finish with 5 pts and be tied for 1st.... so they would determine who would be seeded higher by doing this.

Abraham: Rounds won vs. Taylor (9, 7, 8 for total of 24) Rounds won vs Dirrell (1, 2, 2 for a total of 5) and Froch (hypothetically 6,7,8 for a total of 21) that makes a cumulative total of 50 rounds won for AA from 3 fights.

Ward: Rounds won vs Kessler (9,9,8 for a total of 26) Rounds won vs Green (12,12,12 for a total of 36) and Dirrell (hypothetically 6,6,6 for a total of 18)
that makes a cumulative total of 70 rounds won for Ward.

Therefore Ward would advance as the #1 seed and Abraham would be the #2 seed.

How are the final 4 made?

        Will it be a draw out of a bag/pot etc or will it be e.g #1 Vs.#3 & #2 Vs. #4?
