Why is everyone so convinced that Abraham will beat Froch? I don't think Abraham is really that good, though Froch isn't great either so it will probably be a competitive fight.

Dirrell has the best chance of anyone in the tournament of beating Ward. If Ward beats Dirrell he will be such a heavy favorite to win the tournament that it seems like they should just crown him the winner so he can fight Bute and Dawson.

      Just a random note...

If Dirrell, Abraham, and Kessler all win by decision then Dirrell and Ward will fight twice in a row.

honestly i can see froch winning, but IDK how he'll act when he get hit from a big puncher like Abraham. if JT knock him down so can Abraham

Yup.... I noticed that as well.

I think best case scenario would be for AA and Kessler win by KO and Dirrell by UD.

That would set up Abraham-Ward and Kessler-Dirrell for the semis and those would be the most intriguing matchups that could possibly be made.

I think Andre will come out with a victory in that matchup.

Direll beats Ward any day of the week I'd put all my points on Direll to win unless the fights on Wards hometown.

I doubt it will be. If Dirrell had lost to Abraham I think it would be in Oakland but Dirrell won and is deserving of a 2nd home fight that Ward has already had.

Shaw has already stated that he will not let Dirrell fight Ward in Oakland and I am 100% positive that he will not backdown from that.

The fight will not likely land in Detroit either as Shaw was not happy with the way the Michigan Commission handled the ending to Dirrell-Abraham and the lack of medical attention received by Dirrell in the ring.

I expect this fight to be in either New York or Chicago.

Then I remembered that if he does lose, HBO will certainly be calling for Dirrell V Bute. IMO, we really need to enjoy Ward V Dirrell because it is setting up like the modern day Hopkins V Jones. Even if Ward wins the tourney and Dirrell goes on to Bute, I don't think they will rematch right away. If it plays out that way, they both will be pretty big stars and it will be a fight that takes major building. All in all though it looks like American boxing is going to be better than ever. Dirrell V Ward rivalry and Alexander V Bradley, although I think Khan could throw a snag into that one but no one is going to be talented enough to mess with the Dirrell V Ward rivalry.
Bute could, his body punching is almost second to none in the sport.

I think hes as fast as Ward (I don't think anyone at 168 will touch Dirrell speed wise for a long time) and he's smart and hits hard as hell.
