ward wasnt the one clinching last night and aside from the kessler fight he has no record of headbutting opponents

please look up the word notorious

Dirrell faced two undefeated ko punchers in abraham and froch, and showed up both of them while coming in as the underdog, expect the same thing aginst ward who has less power...pick dirrell on points

Either way Ward will win.. He's a complete fighter

What Ward has can't be beat by just coming up with a new strategy.
Either way Ward will win.. He's a complete fighter.. It takes another complete fighter to be a threat and Dirrel is not all the way there yet. Ward on the other hand is a throwback.. reminds me a lot of Hopkins in his prime.

It will take skill not power or speed to beat Ward

First question for Ward was is he ready for elite fighters... Answered that question in easily beating Kessler.. Next question was how hw can handle elite power.. Easily answered that question by dominating Allen.. Next question is how Ward can handle elite speed? It's going to take more than power or speed to compete with Ward.. Only another complete fighter (Dawson or Mayweather) has a chance at dethroning Ward.

Definitely has to get off first which I think he will. Dirrells speed and movement will cause Ward not to get close enough to clinch, hit, and hold.

big fan of both of these young talented fighters, I don't know how this match will play out, I think Ward can get inside but Dirrell is FAST and has good footwork, he also can fight going backwards which can help him stay away from clinches

but two guys who switches in and out of different stances...that should be extremely interesting

I don't think this'll be an inside fight. I also think alot of people are counting out Dirrell. This is a fight in which neither fighter will consistently control the pace.

I think Ward is too much a complete boxer for Dirrel, though i give him a lot of credit in his fight with AA, Ward is too adaptive and whatever game plan Dirrel brings to the ring, Ward will figure it out quickly enough and find a way to counter it. Ward is going to win the tourney, imo.

As a person, I like Dirrell more, Guys a real class act. But Ward is so focused and determined in the ring, I gotta give it to him. His ability to adapt is a big part of his great ring smarts.
