Margarito beat Martinez as well, champ.

I think he knows Cotto would bring the most $$$$.

Nope, I don't want to see Margarito beat up Cintron for the third time but since Sergio saying he's staying at 160, I don't see why Margarito would have him in the cards since he's barely fought at 154 in his career and Martinez made it clear he didn't want to vacate that belt.

I like the Cotto rematch idea the best.

We didnt hear anything from Bob Arum when Margarito got caught, and it would proberbly have been the same with Don King. Promoters like those two are ruining boxing but there are some good promoters out there who do care, Someone like Lou DiBella for example would not have allowed Margarito to get away with it the way Arum did. I remember after Jermain Taylor got knocked out by Abraham, DiBella went and said to him that he needed to take some time off to recover or retire. This showed how much he cared because he brought Taylor through and didnt want to see him take more punishment. Would Arum have done that? I highly doubt it.

What annoys me is that fans don't seem to care, It's one thing for a promoter to not care but for fans like ourselves to not care is bad also. I don't even like Cotto and Cintron as fighters but I feel sorry for them because their career's have been ruined by this guy.

What kind of example is Arum setting to young up and coming boxers and fighters in general? "Yeah go ahead, Cheat all you want, Because as long as your signed with Top Rank you will just get a slap on the wrist suspension and we'll bring you back and give you more big money fights!".

            It's a disgrace...
If real boxing fans care about this, they should not buy the PPV on these cheaters, if they did not buy the fight, no money is made and these greedy promoters will get the point. I will never buy a Plaster Master fight ever again, and many individuals feel the same way.

i agree with that i also like the cotto rematch the best. strangely enough i wouldnt mind watching a cintron fight with margs again either for three reasons 1 if the fight leads to a belt for margs that makes the cotto fight that much bigger and 2 i think the fight would be exciting while it lasts and 3 cintron has been vocal about his su****ions of margs cheating in their fights and this fight will be an opportunity for both guys to prove something

I say Marg is a *****. If cotto plastered his hands do you think Marg would last 11 rounds? **** Marg and his little campaign at coming back. He can **** off and die for all I care. The way he got caught cheating I would have pressed attempted manslaughter charges on him, ****** ass mexican.

This fight might very well be made. Arum seems to be pushing for it and Cotto has recently mentioned that he's willing if the money is right. This time I think Cotto beats the brakes off of Margarito and sends him into retirement. With Manny in his corner, he will have Cotto employ the same game plan as Mosley with the same outcome.

RE: margarito welcomes a cotto rematch

I would love for this rematch and personally i think the result will be the same...remember cotto delivered his hardest shots on margarito and margarito just looked as if saying u cant even tickle me....I would love to see margarito beat up and make cintron cry again for a 3rd time...

I know Bob Arum doesnt care but if it was me promoting Margarito id like to think I would be like "I cant promote you anymore" because what the guy did was unforgiveable. It was disgraceful, I cant believe people dont seem to care anymore and are just like "I dont care, let's bring him back".

Am I the only one who feels this way?
NO !! You are not the only one who feels that way.

I have no interest at all in that piece of ****.

He could spend the rest of his life sweeping some gym in Tijuana for tips for all I care. He deserves nothing.
