Bradley threw his name in the hat of his desired opponents home slice.

Reason is that Paul Williams is an established WCB attraction. HBO would put up more money most likely for a Williams fight than they would an Alexander fight.

Guaranteed money from HBO>>>>>Revenue from the gate. That's how the fighters look at it.

I just read it, he'd be crushed by Williams. He wouldn't even be able to reach him. Bradley would slam Williams, it would be an ugly match up some WWF type **** lol

Good point I suppose. Which is why I don't understand why Williams has been avoided by the bigger names because Goosen was able to put out solid #s as offers despite Paul's weak fan base. But this moving down to 147 garbage ass **** looks weak. I don't give a fuck what Burner says. And I've been a P-Will fan for a good little while here lately.

Now imagine if Williams never left 147. He would have owned a belt or two and forced his way to fight guys like berto, mosley and very possibly even floyd or pacquiao.
bs! those same guys would do what they are doing now and back then. IGNORE or just flat out state that they dont wanna fight him(ssm).

You won't get an argument from me regarding that. But Williams makes it that much harder on himself by his actions. That's all people are trying to get across.

Martinez and Paul on a double header.

                Not bad at all.

I'd rather it had been Caballero on a double header with Martinez instead. Say what you want about his style, but he at least looks up the latter for challenges. Williams has me puzzled by calling out Shane Mosley when it's well documented that Mosley doesn't even wanna cough in his direction. So Williams needs to fight the guys who have been calling him out. And I don't mean Timothy Bradley. I mean guys like Dzinziruk and James Kirkland (That's right). Why the hell not. Paul might as well catch him while he could be out of shape and rusty. Because if he can fight Mosley while coming off a loss, then why can't he fight Kirkland coming out of jail?

Goosen and GBP could build it up as Kirkland's redemption fight after getting out of jail and it could sell really well. Throw that ***** somewhere in the south like in Memphis, TN like they did with JT and Cory since that's both where they are from (Kirkland from TX and Williams from GA respectively).

I think its safe to say that Williams has looked for challenges. Cotto, Hopkins, Pavlik, Mosley, Martinez, Margarito, Calzaghe, Berto, Floyd, and Pac come to mind.

I wouldnt mind a Dzinziruk fight but it seems like HBO wants nothing to do with him on one of their broadcast. I talked to Paul on twitter and he said Dzizinzruk was next. Seems like HBO wants a different fight. They are trying to build Paul into a house hold name. Beating some unknown Ukranian wont do it. Kirkland is also an unknown and a question mark at this point.

We both know as soon as he gets out of jail Paul wont be his first fight. He will take some light tune ups try to settle in a weight class and go from there. Kirkland was a prospect when he went to jail, when he gets out nothing has changed. Hes still a prospect.

Not to mention, there's no point in fighting a soon to be 39 year old Mosley who its clear from the 2 round performance against Fraud, is completely shot to ****.

Weaksauce all around from Williams right now.
