if Dawson wins and he wins impressively, then he is the new #1 P4P until Pacman and Mayweather fights IMO, Dawson would have dominated his division Top 2 Bottom if he beats Pascal, it wouldn't even be nothing left for him in that division, either he would have to move up and fight Steven USS Cunningham or maybe move down to 168 and wait for the Super Six winner or go after Lucian Bute

Dawson don't make ANY EXCUSES, never do I hear this kid say "I won't fight this or that guy because the money is not right" blah blah blah, Dawson has taken them all on in his division and called out Joe Calzaghe and Bernard Hopkins and neither one of those fighters wanted anything to do with this young DANGEROUS fighter

that is what a TRUE #1 P4P Champions is suppose to be like, these Writers and WANNABE Experts need to give that man more credit and more coverage

Dawson should definitely be high on the P4P list. I'm not dis*****g that. But #1, come on? Look at how Johnson practically took him to places he'd never been at 40 years old and then Dawson waits until after the Daniel Judah fight to rematch him with HBO basically forcing him to take the fight. And he also didn't beat Tarver as impressively as Hopkins did neither time he faced him either. Not saying Hopkins should be top ten because of that either though. Lol. #1 should be more up for grabs though if Pacquiao and Floyd keep acting like divas I'll have to admit.

your going to hold that 1 fight with Johnson against him, Dawson has improved so much since that first fight with Johnson, we are talking about what he is doing NOW, not what happened YEARS ago, the guy is dominating his division right now and he is fighting EVERYONE in his division, something Pacman and Mayweather is NOT doing, P4P rankings already have him listed in their Top 5-7 Rankings anyway and by beating the #1 contender in his division if he beat Pascal, he should move up big time

by the way I am not promoting for Dawson, I don't need to, most true boxings fans already know who Dawson is and how good he is but he do deserve more attention from Writers and So Called Experts because he is the one Boxer and the one champion that is taking on ALL COMERS, like I said you don't ever hear this guy make excuses and complain about Money and "I won't fight this guy because the Money blah blah blah" and that is RARE in boxing today

being a fans has absolutely nothing to do with it, I just recognize what he is doing compared to what others are doing, which is hide behind their promoters and make excuses as to why they haven't fight certain guys in their division

It's okay man. You weren't the only one. I've heard some of Dawson's fans on here say he has Mayweather like craft. To each their own though.
