Heavier penalties??? Last time I checked, Trinidad NEVER faced any type of penalties so I think he got what he deserved. NOTHING!!! Margarito on the other hand was caught with building construction material in his wraps and was suspended for 1yr. The year has passed and he still hasn't been approved 2 fight in the usa. Big difference. I think comparing Tito 2 Margarito isn't fair at all.
