Not much would be changed, other than alot of fights wouldn't hit their potential in the money department.

Like it or not, but King doesn't do too bad of a job at the promoter end of the business........he's just a greddy, back-stabbing bastard.

Don King is a piece of crap greedy bastard that cares ONLY about his wallet. He has done zero for the sport and is only in his position due to him crying at the drop of a hat. The guy learned well from Jessie Jackson.

Ali and Foreman might have fought without King being around, but it wouldn't have been the historic event that it was. Rumble in the Jungle is bigger than just boxing. It's one of those major events in history. One thing that bothers me about that fight is that I seriously doubt many Africans got to see the fight live, if at all.

That's something that pisses me off about Bob Arum. He claims to be all for Mexicans and ****, but he doesn't make their fights easy for Mexican people to see. Some of the poor hometowns that these latino fighters come from have families that can't watch them fight. Chavez's last fights should be free. He isn't PPV material anymore anyhow. Yes, I ordered the last Chavez PPV anyhow. And I'm sure I'll get the next one.

Carl King will pick up where Don left off. He's been behind the scenes forever now anyhow. He knows exactly how this business operates. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if he really is doing all the strings with his stepdad Don being the Barker.
        don commited a murder?

also remember that Bob arum rigged the rankings and got caught.. His own boxers testified against him. SO dont think that Don King is the only crooked one around. All the promoters are crooked. Its all the same **** just a different pile.
