there is a good reason he won't fight Dawson. He knows he can't deal with that level of speed.
Haahaha this forum cracks me up. Hagler would DESTROY Hopkins. Roy Jones, Segundo Mercado, Howard Eastman, Jermain Taylor, etc. Hopkins struggles or was average with all of these guys. Hagler would break down and beat down all of them. Hagler was a true warrior. Hopkins would fold from that type of pressure and southpaw attack. Hagler had more power, was way tougher, faster and a better chin. Hearns would starch Hopkins. This place is a joke.

I don't think anyone in the history of Boxing destroys a prime B-Hop. As for the thread, I'd go with B-Hop simply because of his size. Hagler was a small MW, and B-Hop would box. He could trade, but he'll have to pick his spots. It'll be competitive till the end though.

            Dude.

            Hagler crushes Tito.

I believes he edges Hopkins in a close fight.

I agree. B-Hop never fought anyone like Marvin Hagler. He had better chin, speed and power than B-Hop and if anyone could fight on the inside (B-Hops claim to fame), it was Marvin Hagler. Marvin would eat him up on the inside and bomb him from the distance. Marvin all day in this one.

Hopkins is a lot taller, is a better boxer, and is slick and uses a number of tactics. I say he wins a close Ud over Hagler.

Honestly some of you need to watch a prime Hopkins. How anyone could say Hagler would destroy Hopkins is plain studid and should not be taken seriously.
