The only other way to fund that is to add a $1 tax to every hotel room bill (or similar) in Vegas. That's how they fund new arenas and stadiums.

I flew in to Dallas, and rented a car. Three days @ $25 per day. When i returned the car, the bill was $120. WTF is a "concession recovery fee"? Oh, tourists get to pay for the American Airlines arena and the JerryDome.

that's so ****** to add a dollar on your ppv to cover for the drug testing! If the testing will be passed on to the PPV rate, then who will shoulder the testing if it is NOT ppv? Then it means that drug testing becomes selective? Either make such drug testing standard and applied to all boxers, or none at all! This Mayweather stuff is ridiculous!

Whichever fighter wants OST can wear a Penske or Motolite logo in their leather shorts, or hold a bottle of beer and say they like it infront of the camera.

Why should the fans pay for this? Are we going to pay for weight penalties also?

Funny how some people just say its 'just' a dollar. some people just dont undestand the value of a dollar. Damn kids... Add MORE TAXES? WTF? Its for cleaning up the sport? Yeah, $1 wouldn't deter me from buying a ppv event. I think it should be up to the sanctioning bodies or promoters but really speaking I wouldn't care.
