who do u think won the 2nd fight between mayorga n forrest?

I scored it 115-113 Forrest, but I've learned a lot in the 2 years since then and may score it differently upon another review. I remember being pissed that Forrest didn't get a draw at the least, but I doubt it was a robbery

It was a robbery, but Im not a person who gives a guy a round based on the fact that he was an agressor. I think Forrest easilly outboxed Mayorga and should have been awarded a win. Just because Mayorga was the agressor doesnt mean he should be awarded rounds. Thats just my opinion.

I remember reading an article by Max Kellerman right after that fight where he was angry because Mayorga was landing blows that aren't supposed to be scored (back of the head, back, etc) and the judges thought he was winning the fight.

The reason Mayorga won the fight, however, was Forrest's awkward stance. Now Forrest has such a weird stance that everytime Mayorga blasted his gloves, Forrest would flop all over the place like a real punch had connected flush. That's what lost the fight for Forrest, and that is why he won't be awarded a decision against Mayorga.

Nah, Mayorga won the fight. Forrest listened to his corners instructions and just boxed. Though he was not a aggressive boxer. Alot of the time it looked like Forrest was running. At the end of the day... Forrest just did not do enough to win the fight.

Mayorga's windmill was pathetic. Vernon won by a larger margin on my cards than most others. I scored it 116-112 for Forrest.
