when a fighter is being defensive being bigger helps him.

a bigger man being offensive usually helps the action. since he forces the smaller man to fight.

being on the defensive and being bigger does the opposite.

think back to a few fights you've seen where the bigger , taller man was on the defensive against a smaller man.

Is their some sort of rule in boxing where Black Boxers can't fight at a weight classes under 140 pounds? Do the smallest black people in the world only weigh 140 pounds? Seriously explain this to me and don't mention Zahir Raheem a limited fighter who ended up getting schooled by another limited fighter named Arcalino Fritas.

Seriously saying that Black fighters are the most dominent Boxers in the world is as dumb as saying that white fighters are the best boxers in the world. ***ing ignorent racist pricks!!!
Your reading into it a bit too much mate, its just ****** ****ty people trying to discredit and being racist, don't take it that seriously.

Lets say that Pacquiao doesn't end up fighting Floyd in his next fight for whatever reason (Testing issue, money).

If he were to fight Andre Berto (who by all accounts is a boxer/technician and happens to be black too) or even Timothy Bradley (another slick boxer with fast hands), then the "Avoiding Black boxers" theory would lose steam.

However if he does end up fighting Margarito (a brawler), then you can understand why people would think that.

What African American fighters were worth a damn under the 140 limit? By your logic if Pac would have fought a bunch of black journeymen instead of HOF fighters like Barrera, Marquez, and Morales he would have lost?

Bwahahaha the black fighter myth lives again!!!!

Berto is a viable opponent but Timmy Bradley has been around for a second and suddenly he's a viable opponent for the #1 fighter in the world? How about he does something in his division first.

That's irrelevant cherry picking on your part, and wasn't the point of this topic now was it.

I'm talking styles, and at one point Pacquiao was considering facing Bradley (and don't make me post the article that says so), so how is Bradley any less qualified now then he was then?
