Of course Mayweather can say that since hes rated.How about the up and coming fighters.They need the ratings and fighting to be on the ratings is the only way a boxer,good boxer can reap the rewards of being a prize fighter.

Everybody wants a belt and thats what every fighters fights for.

At first, I was kinda pissed at Floyd for not paying the fee and making it a title fight but the more I thought about it, the more I liked the idea. It's pretty funny. He's just like "nah, fuck you. I don't need your **** belt. I'll keep my money so I can pay off the IRS."

Because fighters from other continent are not being given the fair share of getting rated.Look it up my friend.And besides there are a lot of boxers out there and one governing body will not be able to handle the amount of fights in this planet. the 3 governing body that I mentioned earlier is working so far.
