Absolutely. The second fight was the biggest gift he could have recieved. I suppose Judges like people who do "The ****ing windmill" LOL.

I think that Mayorga would go ape-**** and kill Gatti....
... now that i got that out of my system... I think it would be a pretty cool fight to watch. I'm a big Mayorga fan but he has been away from the ring for so long and according to nicaraguas website Mayorga i get the impression that he is not giving his full effort in his training yet. I truly believe that with the right trainer Mayorga could be unstoppable... If he just had some discipline. I think that at 147 Mayorga would beat Gatti because of his punching power. At present time this fight would not happen, because Mayorga is now a Super Welterweight, or Light Middleweight, which ever you prefer.

I think Mayorga won the fight against Forrest because Forrest just didn't do enough to win. I also think that Mayorga was robbed when he fought Spinks. The ref had something against Mayorga from the start, and didn't count the knock down towards the end.

As much as I love Gatti, he'd be destroyed in a worse fashion than Mayweather. Mayweather totally outclassed him with his talent. Mayorga will totally kill Gatti inside of 3 rounds based on the fact that he is the bigger man fighting a blown up fighter. Gatti just doesn't have the punching power to get Mayorga's respect. Even if Gatti somehow puts together the best boxing night of his life, Mayorga will walk thru all that and land a bomb eventually. Realistically, Gatti isn't skilled enough or punch hard enough to keep Mayorga at bay and make him pay for his wreckless haymakers. Besides, Mayorga took Tito's punches. Do you really think he is afraid of Gatti? If Gatti lands his hardest shot on Mayorga, he might just break his hand again.

I totally hate Mayorga's undisciplined, reckless fighting style but he is too strong for Gatti.

I wanted Vernon to win the 2nd fight with his boxing, but it's tough for orthodox fighters to win against a guy like Mayorga unless you can crack.

I know Forrest is a lot better than Gatti. There is no doubt that he took Mayorga lightly the first fight. The second one he came more prepared to fight. The guy is basically just a hard puncher that has a great chin, nothing more. He basically throws haymakers left and right and hits some. I really dont think Gatti should go up in weight because yeah this may be a good fight for him, but its an even better one for Mayorga because the only fight i see him winning is one against a fighter like Gatti.

Gatti would win by Tko in eight.

Mayorga's handspeed would be the difference. Are you people kidding me? he landed four left hooks in less than two seconds on trinidad at Middleweight blown up.

At 147 he physically overwhelms Gatti. No chance man. No chance.

If Tito out boxed Mayorga, I'm pretty sure Gatti can. I don't think Tito is that great of a boxer, he's more of knockout artist. If Gatti brawls with Mayorga, then I see Mayorga winning the fight by a TKO.
