Khan's challenge is a lot broader and the belts are all over the place with Bradley ducking the division.
I think roach and khan are bluffing about fighting 140 titleholders.

    It makes me very angry.

I think there was an article posted that Roach and Khan want the Maidana fight asap but GBP are holding it back.

They want their milk....thats the deal.

A JMM fight makes money it makes sense in terms of JMM's ability.

After watching Khan-barrera I face palm at the thought of the JMM-khan fight.

Are you suggesting that he would be a LIVE/DANGEROUS opponent after ANOTHER brutal war with Diaz?

That cant be possible. I think that's GBP strategy; they wan't to wear marquez out by forcing him into another bloody war.

Boxing is a very risky sport, for all Khan knows he could step up and fight a top JWW and get KOed in the first round yet again. Khans team were able to recover the first time but I doubt he would keep his fanbase and draw if he was to get KOed yet again.

If his draw goes then he wont be able to get another decent payday. By fighting lightweights he can make big money a JMM fight will make him more than one with Bradley, Alexander or Maidiana for less risk. If Khan wanted he could just fight bums in England and make an easy 1 million a fight.

Say you were Khan would you step up and risk getting KOed or fight people who would earn you similar amounts of money for less risk.

I dont by into the whole Khan hype but I dont dislike him for ducking fighters because hes just doing what every boxer does really. People like PBF and Pac have ducked tougher opposition for fights that represent lower risk and more money.

Also while Khans opposition may not be the best its not as if hes Chavez JR fighting bums. Khan has dominated two top ten JR WWs in Mallinaggi and Kotelnik. Hard to fault him for fights earlier because boxers have to pad up the records to get title shots and build up a fanbase.
come on? not ever boxer DID that.

But you're right about the khan hype. After the malignaggi fight it went out of control. It's like they just completely forgot about the chin.

From what i can see the only guy at 140 that will fight anyone is Alexander. Props to him.

I want to see Cunningham vs Zoel judah in a trash talking contest. That would be funny. It would be floyd-zab all over again complete with WWE style ring scuffles.

Ive thought about this same thing...I honestly felt that the dude is after money, but he has the talent to make it far. I could be wrong but that was my first impression after I heard he was retiring in 5 years...I mean I can empathize with someone not wanting to fight in to there 30s, but thats still a little young doesnt everyone agree? Age 28 is young to retire as a prize fighter...and to already have stated this publicly as a future plan is a little soft. But I like Khan as a fighter, still.

good observation...im gonna ask you what you just stated. CAN Alexanders punches get to Khans chin?..IF they did I agree with you. Alexander is an unbelieveable talent, something just has me leaning towards Khan...maybe a whim, but I just want to say Khan can take this fight. I know I receive a lot of slack for feeling this way but I got Khan bobbing and weaving, suprisingly out speeding and beating a game Alexander in a close fight.

I watched alexander vs urango in HD 720p 30 fps and I am convinced he is faster than khan. However he does have defensive liabilities and stamina issues.

I think he will be one of those fighters that get punch drunk by the time he retires. MARK MY WORDS.
