Elaborate please... I take it your a Mayweather fan, that sounded like a defense. Most *****s would argue Floyd is more popular than Manny anyway. Fighter of the decade is based on accomplishments and Manny regardless of how you put it or twist it, has accomplished more than Floyd has in this decade bar none period.

is fighter of the year determined off of facts, percentages, numbers like the nfl or the mlb? no. its based off of popularity, hype, and success. there is no denying that that pacquiao has an impressive resume or that rjj had an impressive resume but there title were not based off of percentages, numbers, and facts. they were based off of a vote. ********ic vote i.e. popularity contest.

you guys can't get upset when a fighter goes out of his way to state that he fights for no one but himself....then loses an award that's BESTOWED upon a person who fights for their fans, their sport, their passion, etc.

Floyd is brilliant inside the ring...and callous as a character outside of it.
He chose to play the villain, and the villain shouldn't win **** in the eyes of the critics and certainly not the public.

Manny chose to be the humble "man of god". the subservient laborer. the blue collar guy. guess what....he wins the popular vote. He wins the journalistic votes.

If/when Floyd beat Manny, i will be happy for Roger. He will finally win Coach of the year. It would be funny if they give it to Roach if Manny lose to Floyd, that would be a big "**** you" to most casual fans, but i wouldn't be surprise if it happen.

Not more popular if numbers of fans are the criteria , Floyd has a more mature fan base more payers at the box office , Pac has most of under 20s which is understandable , you know its a medical fact that under 20 males their brain is only 3/4 developed lol .
