anyone seen Hajime no ippo?

Yep, great anime, the first whole season was brilliant, the 'New Challenger' season was decent is well.

The Ippo movie was average to be fair but the Mashiba vs Kimura movie was great.

ippo is the only anime that MADE me read a freaking manga.

There is alot of anime classics that didn't finish in the animated series but in the manga, and I never finished it because of it. Just could never get into Mangas; don't know why.

Ive played the game on the PS2 but never watched the anime, but after a quick google search Ive found a site where you can watch all the episodes for free, just watched the 1st one and it looks pretty good, Ippo is a poofta and a half though.

Wrong, Ippo is Tyson and Miyata is Leonard. Takamoura is SRR/RJJ AND Ricardo Martinez=Ricardo Lopez. The new guy was just like Whitaker as well.

Hajime No Ippo is what made me follow boxing. I was an anime freak before then and when I saw Ippo I just fell in love with boxing.
