Every supposedly decent fighter Cotto beat at 140 either sucks as of now or is a gate keeper. He has never beaten an A level fighter without controversy. HOF he is not. IMO.
is Miguel Cotto a Hall of Famer?

Yes, he will be without a doubt in the HOF, he is a 3 division world champion fighting all of the best at 140 and 147 who would fight him winning most of those fights.
Lets also keep in mind that his career is not over yet and he could still add some more good wins to his already outstanding res.Comment

If you think Hatton came close to being KO'd by Lazcano and was unimpressive against Malignaggi? Then feel free to post vids/links as evidence to prove this. I'd like to see it.That tends to happen when Mayweather knocks you out. Then if you really want to compare rebound fights, Hatton's comeback fight was against Lazcano in which the ref saved his ass from losing the fight by KO. Then he beats Malignaggi unimpressively, may I add, all to get blasted in 2 rounds by Manny. Oh and the biggest victory of his career was an old Kosta Tsyzu... hate to burst but your bubble but Hatton was never any good.
Tsyzu was still P4P one of the best in boxing when Hatton beat him(P4P #2 or #3 i think?)
Losing to two of the best fighters of this era in Mayweather and Pacquiao doesn't mean you ain't ****!Comment

Winning a lineal title means nothing if a fighter deserves to be in the HOF or not.
With that logic fighters like Langford, Burley, or Roy Jones Jr are not HOF'er since they NEVER won a lineal title.Comment
