Team Pac's lawyers are probably mulling at risking to include these NY Daily News mofos just coz if they are finally gonna be asked they'll just hide behind the first ********* and get away with it.

And besides, they prolly even know why waste time with such utter BS email lol!

Yeah let that soak in, anyways the case wasn't heard yet if they plan to pursue it.

Otherwise, still thought t'was people who believed that "email" are nuts!
Tim Smith isn't being sued. He isn't even named. They sued Mayweather for telling Smith even though Smith never said anyone from Mayweather's camp told him anything . That is the most guilty sounding **** I've heard since OJ said he went to McDonalds when Nicole was getting murdered .

Right. But you can waste time suing someone for telling someone else about a "BS email."

Big readership? Try enormous. He put it out there. How can you sue someone for telling him info but not sue the person for putting it out there? Come on, man. That's like when your friend tells someone a secret and you get mad at your friend for saying something. Is it false? Think about it.

NOTE: How Pac's reps asked that a dirty result be kept private for the good of the sport

LOL not me, direct that to team pacquiao.

My take is if someone believes on an alleged email sent by someone, knowing how any idiot with a pc and internet access can create such an account to bash someone, then LOL!

Indeed, it makes me wonder why no follow up? Perhaps his source turned out to be faulty, though i assume as a pro he would have checked and re-checked then gotten a green light from the editor to run it.
