Other than you just really really liking him, why is Manny beating Floyd again?

Manny is worlds better than both of them, and has a better and quicker right hook coming from all kinds of angles.

Chances are very good that Manny can hurt Floyd, and if he does he has a much better chance than the above 3 fighters of following up on it.

*None of that is to say it will happen.*

Floyd could just as easily out box Manny...

but the suggestion of the original poster here (by insinuating those who think Manny may win are only doing so because they "like" him) is beyond week.

Stylistically, Manny has a very good chance to win the fight.

The fight is 50-50. Pac has the speed and workrate to trouble Floyd. His power is getting overrated like crazy though. I wouldn't expect that to be a factor at all, unless Floyd waits all night. The Floyd of the Mosley fight beats Pac. He combined his counterpunching with aggression. Either guy can win, but Floyd is a better fighter as far as making adjustments. If it don't go his way, he has a plan B tactically. Pac just fights harder. Favor Floyd, but not by wipeout.

Why does this keep being brought up, Mayweather wouldn't fight Pacquiao. He's too dangerous. Funny that Floyd knows this and his fans don't.

All this is speculation really. Because of the nature of boxing, there really is no way of knowing the outcome of a fight. Unless of course you're the one fixing the fight.

In this case, one could reasonably say the fight has a 50-50 chance of going either way.

How about because Roach is the best trainer in the world and hes got the best fighter?
How does that sound to you?

Fraud tries to trade with Manny, he's done cause no fighter has been successful trading punch for punch with Manny. Fraud decides to stay defensive all night, he's done cause Manny's workrate will eat him alive Clottey style. Fraud tries to jab all night, he's done cause Manny slips and counters over the jab on all his bigger opponents, thus they begin to stop jabbing(nobody seems to notice this smh). Fraud tries to counter punch all night, he's done, it'll leave him open more often for Manny's attack and his workrate will in the end be too much for Fraud to handle. Consider this a more careful Castillo 1 attack(you know, the fight Fraud lost).
Closing thought, Roach nearly got a victory over Fraud with 1 fighter he trained who he's never trained before. Give Roach his fighter this time around. I think Roach knows what to do...

That sounds VERY good indeed. But i've always had bad luck when i bet, which is why i no longer do. So far, i've always been hoping Manny wins his fights but never bet on them and he's been winning his fights. I plan to keep this tradition hoping the same result will come out with his possible fight with Floyd.

But that's me of course. Other people obviously have other ideas in mind.

                  Exactly right.

Maybe Manny can slip enough punches through to consistently win rounds, maybe he can't. He has an advantage in that he has a devastating right hook and straight left. Floyd probably has a faster one-punch, but I can't remember a faster combination puncher than Manny, other than Meldrick Taylor. Pacquiao is going to slip punches in at those insane angles through Mayweather's guard, and I think those angles and his unbelievable balance are the key. Watching him throw four punch combinations while he should be falling over is incredible. But I honestly don't know who to pick. Such a good match-up. I wish this forum could be civil and purely discuss the boxing aspect instead of "FLOYD'S GAY!" or "MANNY'S A CHEATER!"

i don't think you pac fans give floyd enough credit. do you think manny is gonna go in there with no regard for floyds skill level? i highly doubt manny will come in there the way he did against clottey. he had no respect for him. that's not gonna happen when he's in there with floyd. he's not gonna throw 1000 punches i'll tell you that. I don't think manny is half as confident about this fight as his fans are....

If he doesn't throw 1000 punches, he loses. He has to smother Floyd on a level that he's never been smothered before. Otherwise, if he lowers his output, Floyd counterpunches him to death and avoids everything.
