haven't stated that. however, the fact is mayweather is a much better boxer than pacquiao. end of discussion.

mayweather is probably more skillful than pacquiao, but will he be able to deal with pacquiao's brutal and relentless style? its all a matter of who fights whos fight. if mayweather can lower pacs output to 20-30 punches per round, then mayweather will win. if mayweather cant stop pacquiao from getting off, then he will either have to win a war or he will get beat.
