Miguel would have pushed Floyd to levels he's never been pushed before. ...
Then you should stop thinking right away!

cotto beat floyd? this poster is on a roll now, theres been similar threads and have all been trounced. cotto,s flat footed, he gases out, very little defence, lacks speed, he is a brawler though he would be much better suited to ufc or mma.

People once again only see Cotto being killed by guys and don't take style into account. If Floyd had power I'd say no way, but he doesn't have enough power to keep Cotto at bay. Cotto has a the best jab in boxing which is Floyds biggest weakness, Floyd is also a pure boxer, Cotto has demolished every pure boxer before him. Cotto has the tools to beat Floyd, I couldn't agree more, but not right now. Floyd did avoid Cotto, and for good reason, but I still think Cotto needs another fight with Stewart before he takes on any elite fighters. His last fight was very "basic" fighting. You could tell footwork, balance and jab were really all he was thinking about, until that becomes almost second nature he won't stand a chance against Floyd because while a jab is his biggest weakness you need more than that to beat Floyd.

Cottos a class act alrite but i think floyd is just too quick for him and cotto would find it hard to land on him while taking punishment every round, both floyd and pac are just a level or two above him, not a bad thing considering they are both the best at what there doing

UMMMMMMMM if you all remember cotto didnt want none of Floyd he said that he was not ready. Even Arum said that cotto was not ready to fight Floyd and this was pre Margacheato. Floyd is in a completely different league from cotto are you peolple crazy. Floyd would school cotto, Cotto is too slow and has a sub par defense. We will see mayweather smiling all night.
