I don't know what would possess anyone to think Berto would even be competitive in this fight.
The fact that he wasn't the same fighter at 147 as he was at 140. Glenwood Brown exposed the fact that Taylor was too small and lacking in power at welterweight, and also showed how the punishment Taylor had taken was adding up.
O, this is after the Chavez fight? I think I'd still pick Taylor to win but idk if he would whoop Andre's ass...
I saw the Norris fight but didn't see the ones before it...
Yeah. The first Chavez fight was Taylor's last @ 140 until the rematch, when I think Taylor was just desperate for a big fight and revenge and went back down to the weight that he said he killed himself to make years earlier.
Since this is a WW fight, I was thinking the Taylor of 1991 (and early 1992 pre-Norris) against Berto.
