You don't have to look at 100 of fighters records. Is not that many active fighters who have beaten more passed, present, and future world champions.

And, how could they have been has beens when Cotto fought them? When 9 of them went on to win championships after Cotto beat them. And, from the 3 that are left Clottey and Foreman were or should of been champs when Cotto beat them.

The only guy you could of said was washed up was Cesar Bazan and that is it.

do you realize you're kinda making my point that cotto was protected like a mutha? why wasn't the fight at 140 made again? Cotto had a shot at the wbc and a shot a floyd at the same time! Actually for once a shot to actually beat a title holder. Why wasn't it made again? by the time that fight was offered cotto had already beaten how many past or future champions again? at the time cotto had already beaten 6 of your past or future world champions.
