I think he would with ease just wondering what other people fought?
bro what is so slick about Mosley, Bradley and Alexander

let me address a few of these myths

        Pac ducking Raheem
Pac had just gotten to 130 and in his first fight he lost pretty decisively. What makes more sense to you (and be honest), to avenge your loss or jump up to a higher weight class when you aren't even proven (he was 0-1 at 130) in the weight class you are currently in? It was only natural for Pac to make the move he did

Pac choosing Hatton over Bradley and Alexander
Hatton was the ring champ and considered the best by everyone at the time. Alexander didn't become a major player until he beat Urango earlier this year, and Bradley didn't until his fights with Holt and Witter. At the time Hatton and Manny fought, the second hottest name was Victor Ortiz but he was already signed to face Maidana and GBP was building him up. Pacquiao make the right choice and only a hater would make up that lie about him ducking Bradley and Alexander.

Pac on choosing Cotto over Mosley

        Lets do the Math here
        1. Cotto beat Mosley
        2. Cotto was a TR fighter meaning Arum could keep all the money in house
        3. Cotto was threatening to leave TR so Arum got him a big fight with Manny
        4. Cotto was a bigger Draw
        5. Even though Shane beat Margarito, Cotto had the better resume of two the few years leading up to that fight.
Cotto-Mosley, Judah, Quintana, Clottey, Torres, Malignaggi
        vs
        Mosley-Vargas 2x, Margarito, Collazo,Mayorga

IMO it really made no sense to chose Mosley over Cotto esp. since Marg win over Cotto had an asterisk due to the hand wrap scandal.

Lastly we will see if the Mayweather fight will get made. When Manny beats him then this should put a danger in all this slick black fighter talk.

All the reasons you gave none of them matter in this age of boxing, bottom line is the fights he didnt take were higher risk less reward, he simply took the bigger money fights, Im not mad at him for that.

FWIW Pacquiao won his first two lineal titles against two slick fighters. Now if you want to be racist and throw the AA title on there then I really don't now what to say.

Its a mockery of the sport to bring race with guys like Pep and others laid the blue print out for guys like sweat p and others to fight that slick style of boxing. Hell they will even tell you they were influenced by Willie, but I guess since he wasn't black he wasn't slick...smh

What are you talking about? Cotto beat Mosley so Manny fought him. Its as simple as that. Cotto was a bigger threat IMO because of his history with Body shots, left hooks and lead hand jabs. Cotto had the tools to be considered a nightmare matchup for Manny but no one, outside of Roach new Manny improved the way he did in those areas.

Mosley on the other hand would have gotten dominated because Manny footspeed and lateral quickness is light years ahead of Shanes at that point in time. Yeah Shane had the power but he didn't have the boxing ability, body punching and tools like Cotto did to give Manny problems. Doesn't matter because Manny would have TKO'd both in similar fashion (Shane skill would hold up better, but he would get stopped due to an accumulation of unanswered punches).
