The most important thing if this fight happens is to have Margarito tested thoroughly for PEDs. It is of most importance to enforce blood testing and urine testing by USADA until the day of the fight, because the cheater I'm telling you will try another way of cheating this time to prove to people he won the first fight against Cotto and his other fights cleanly. So to prove that he was a clean fighter in the past he will use other ways to cheat and fool the system that we all know can be easily fooled. The commissions are useless as it has been proved many times. If it weren't for ****m Margacheato would have cheated against Mosley too with the commission approval.
USADA is imperative for this fight given Margacheato's history of being a cheater, and I hope Cotto is smart enough to impose all kinds of testing so that the fight is on an even playing field this time. Nothing should be taken for granted with this cheating piece of ****.

margarito had to lose 30 pounds in a little over a month,plus with what happend in the dressing room,who would come out to fight with their mind only on the fight,he probably new that if he won,because of what happened the victory would be gone,taken away...so why even try?

Of course he is going to give Cotto his due(It's the classy thing to do) but I don't believe for a second that Mosley felt he lost that fight.People wanted May Cotto myself included but when May said he had nothing left to prove Cotto could have fought Mosley in a rematch.But like i said Bob did not want him to lose(and he almost did lose)to a GB fighter.
