He did the most out of his career. He reached his absolute peak as an athlete.
He could never hang with the p4p elite and it is good that he quits for good.

The only thing Ricky Hatton proved in boxing is that his glass jaw shatters on impact and he will sleep in the ring on a moments notice. What a complete joke Hatton is even saying he has nothing to prove in boxing. Hatton never proved a thing outside of the fact he was a milk white pale no talent pug with little skills in a country that doesn't have many atheletes. the truth is hatton was never that good, he has one of the worst records ever, WBU chump most his career, only 2 decent fighters he fought and got destroyed.

Hatton has no chance against any of the top fighters. khan ko's him in one, Alexander in 2 and feather fisted Bradley in 8. i dont even want to imagine what would happen if Hatton got into the ring with Maidanna
