    At the Uniprix Stadium in Montreal, Quebec, middleweight David Lemieux (23-0, 22 KOs)continued his rise by destroying Elvin Ayala (20-5-1, 9 KOs) in one round. A combination dropped Ayala in the first minute. He was dropped a few moments later with another hard combination. Ayala was given one final shot to regain some footing by the referee.         Don't get me wrong Lemieux looked really good, but Ayala had absolutely NO head movement! Zero! Or movement period. He was basically a standing target for Lemieux. But got to give it to Lemieux, he did what he was supposed to do, and he does appear to have some good power in his punches! Good lookin kid as well...
        Also props to the ever-durable Brian Vera!

                That idiot Teddy Atlas made a complete fool of himself tonight!

                In as many words, he said Lemieux is no good and predicted Ayala would win. Then after he was floored the first time, he again said Ayala would win.

                ESPN needs to replace this loser.
